Where are your Holiday Camps?
We run Holiday Camps at venues across Lincolnshire during the school holidays.
Our Summer Holiday Camp locations are:

- North Somercotes CE Primary School
- Spilsby Primary School
- Chapel St Leonards Primary School

- Sturton by Stow Primary School
Each venue runs on selected dates throughout the summer holidays.

When are your Holiday Camps?
Our camps run throughout the summer holidays, starting 27th July through to 28th August, with dates varying per venue.

What happens at your holiday camps?
Our Multi Sport & Activity Camps give children the opportunity to enjoy a fun-filled day packed with sports, games, creative activities and exciting enrichment experiences. Every day is designed to keep children active, engaged and having fun in a safe, welcoming environment.
Activities vary throughout the week and may include:
- Multi-sports including football, dodgeball, cricket, tennis, rounders and hockey
- Summer arts and crafts
- Team games and challenges
- Enrichment activities such as fencing, boxercise, archery and crazy golf
- Inflatable fun sessions
- Swimming at our St Hugh's Woodhall Spa camp
No two days are exactly the same, helping to keep every visit exciting.
Which activities take place at each venue?
All of our venues offer a fantastic mix of:
- Multi-sports
- Arts and crafts
- Team games and challenges
Children may also enjoy enrichment activities including:
- Fencing
- Boxercise
- Archery
- Crazy Golf
- Inflatable sessions
Swimming is available exclusively at our St Hugh's Woodhall Spa camp.
Please note that activities may vary depending on the day, weather and venue.
What are your camp times?
Our standard camp times are:
- Full Day: 10:00am - 4:00pm (£20)
- Half Day: 10:00am - 1:00pm (£10)
- Early Drop-Off (from 8:30am): £3
- Late Pick-Up (until 5:30pm): £3
- Early Drop-Off & Late Pick-Up: £5
Which venues offer early drop-off?
Early drop-off is available at all venues except:
- Mablethorpe Primary Academy
- St Margaret's C of E Primary School, Withern
Which venues offer late pick-up?
Late pick-up is currently available only at St Hugh's Woodhall Spa.
What do children enjoy the most?
Some of our most popular activities include:
- Dodgeball
- Football
- Creative craft sessions
- Inflatable activities
Many children also love trying something new through our enrichment activities like fencing and archery.
Is my child safe at camp?
Absolutely. Creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment is at the heart of everything we do. Our highly qualified staff ensure every child can enjoy an active day, make friends and build confidence while parents have complete peace of mind.
Where do I drop off and collect my child?
Each venue has a designated drop-off and collection point. Full details are provided in your booking confirmation and can also be found on iPal before your camp starts.
What should my child bring?
We recommend bringing:
- Comfortable sports clothing
- Suitable trainers
- A refillable water bottle
- A packed lunch (for full-day bookings)
- Healthy snacks
- Weather-appropriate clothing (sun hat, waterproof coat or sun cream depending on the forecast)
- Swimwear and a towel if attending a swimming session at St Hugh's Woodhall Spa
How do I book?
Bookings are made through our iPal booking system on our booking page here.
If you're a new customer, you'll need to create a free iPal account before making your first booking. A registration guide is available if you need help getting started.
Are funded places available?
A limited number of funded places are available at:
- Mablethorpe Primary Academy
- St Margaret's C of E Primary School, Withern
These places are available for eligible children attending those schools through funding provided by Theddlethorpe GDF Community Partnership.
We also have The Holiday Activity and Food Programme (HAF) spaces available - see below.

HAF Camps
The Holiday Activity and Food Programme (HAF) provides enriching holiday activities and healthy and nutritious meals for all eligible children.
What Are HAF Camps?
The HAF programme is designed to ensure eligible children receive high quality child care provision, which includes healthy and nutritious meals and enriching and active experiences throughout the Christmas, Easter and Summer holidays. All children in attendance will receive a mid-morning snack and a hot meal for their lunch and will be provided with activity packs and resources which promote a healthy and active lifestyle. Our highly qualified and engaging staff deliver a wide variety of activities that promote team work, confidence and friendship in a safe and inclusive environment.
Eligibility
School age children from reception to year 6 in receipt of benefits related free school meals, is a looked-after child or has SEND needs can access the HAF camps for free.

How to Book HAF
To book on to a HAF camp, you will require a HAF Evoucher, which your school will provide. Your Evoucher will include a link that will provide access to the booking site. If you haven't received your HAF voucher and the school is closed, please contact HAF@Lincolnshire.gov.uk.
