Job description

We, at JB’s Sport Coaching have a vision in which all young people can access high quality primary PE lessons, diverse extra-curricular opportunities and  physically active school holiday provision.

If so, our Primary P.E  a d Sport Instructor role is perfect for you!

The successful applicants role will include the following:

– Delivery of PE lessons to pupils aged 4-11

– Delivering CPD opportunities to primary school teachers

– Supporting the delivery of a broad and exciting extra-curricular activity programme

-Deliver engaging holiday activity programmes

– Contribute to the overall ethos and working values of the organisation

– Attend training sessions as required for CPD purposes

To be considered for the role we are looking for someone who is:

· Able to deliver high levels of performance at all times.

· Passionate and driven to help improve levels of physical activity.

· An excellent verbal and written communicator.

· Able to plan, organise and facilitate high quality PE and sports lessons.

· A team player that demonstrates strong leadership qualities.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

· NGB Level 2 Coaching Qualification or above

 QTS (desired but not essential)

· Knowledge of the National Curriculum for Physical Education

· Experience of working within a Primary School setting

· Experience of independently delivery a variety of sessions and topics
